Stories from the pancake house.

Our editorial notes help guests plan the right kind of visit, from late dessert to a first meal in The Rocks.

Dessert

Late Dessert in The Rocks

Chocolate, fruit, cream, ice cream, and generous pancake stacks make the dining room an easy stop after a harbour walk.

Our pancake menu is made for the guest who wants dessert to be the main event. Come in for chocolate stacks, fruit-topped plates, cream, ice cream, and warm syrup in a relaxed Playfair Street dining room.

Friday and Saturday hours run late, so a Rocks evening can finish with pancakes instead of another round.

Location

Your First Visit to Playfair Street

A simple guide to arriving hungry in The Rocks, with pancakes, savoury plates, and Circular Quay close by.

Find us at 22 Playfair Street, close to Circular Quay, The Rocks Market, and The Rocks Discovery Museum. The room is warm, spacious, and easy for groups that need a menu with more than one craving covered.

Start with a pancake stack, stay for a savoury crepe or grill plate, and leave room for dessert if the table is sharing.

Menu

Beyond the Pancake Stack

Pancakes lead the menu, but crepes, gourmet pizzas, ribs, brisket, salads, and kids favourites help the whole table settle in.

Pancakes are our calling card, but the menu is built for mixed appetites. Order pizza for the centre, a salad with chicken, ribs from the grill, or a savoury crepe when dessert can wait.

Families and groups can move between breakfast plates, kids dishes, sweet stacks, and hearty mains without leaving The Rocks.
